Role: Project Manager
Responsible for managing the development and delivery of MyS&T, Stack & Track’s new customer portal. Requirements were defined and aligned in close cooperation with business owners and several IT teams. The portal provides customers with insight into their assets and establishes a scalable foundation for future digital services and professional data management.
Chimyung Kwan Hapkido
Role: Developer
Developed an online platform where members can access techniques, describe them and add personal notes. The system also supports applying, paying and registering for examinations. It serves as the association’s central digital environment for members, instructors and examination processes.
Talent&Pro / House of Beta
Role: Data Modelling Instructor
Training groups of approximately ten young professionals in conceptual, relational and dimensional data modelling. Participants learn to translate information requirements into technical data models, normalise data up to third normal form and use models to develop databases, reports and a better understanding of business processes.
Euro Pool System
Role: Interim Overall Product Owner, Business Information Management
Provided direction for the architecture, planning and further development of the Business Information Management team. Created a proposal for the data governance strategy and an integrated roadmap for 2026. Project Initiation Documents clarified the objectives, responsibilities, dependencies and planning of several initiatives.
Immigration and Naturalisation Service
Role: Lead Data Engineer
Contributed to the architecture and development of the Data Expertise Centre. In addition to building daily data flows from Oracle to SQL Server, employees were coached in data modelling, security and working practices. Collaboration with other teams also supported the introduction of Power BI and a strong foundation for analytics and data science projects.
